(1) Includes:

(2) Includes:

• access to the scientific conferences on the chosen day
• access to the opening and closing ceremonies if the chosen day is the 4th or the 8th of July.
• access to the professional exhibition, the International maps and the children’s drawings exhibition
• access to the coffee breaks and lunches on the chosen day
• the Conference bag including the Conference documents

Conditions of application of the registration fees

(A) Apply only to students at the time of the Conference. A copy of the Student ID will be required to validate the registration.
(B) Apply only to retired people at the time of the Conference. A proof of your status will be required to validate the registration.
(C) Apply only to people working in organisations in Africa. A letter from the employer will be required to validate the registration.
(D) Apply only from 5th to 7th July after 14:00.
(E) Apply only to people accompanying full-week attendees (general attendees, student and seniors)
(F) Apply only to PhD attending SAGEO conference on 7th July.
