Booth setting-up:
- Saturday, July 2nd: 15:00 – 20:00
- Sunday, July 3rd: 08:00 – 18:00

Booth dismantling:
-Friday, July 8th: 18:00 – 24:00

Exhibitors are required to submit:

  • a booth design and layout with all measurements (heights and lenghts) for prior approval to:
    cdupuy@europa-organisation.com [1].
  • the name, address and contact details of their appointed contractor.
